Is the bot guaranteed to make money?
There are no guarantees in trading and anyone who promises you that is most likely a scammer. Having said that, the bots developed by us have withstood major market moves for example the extreme market volatility in April and July due to tariffs (when many other bots had failed and blown accounts).
Can I get a refund after purchasing the bot?
There is no warranty or refund for any bot (software digital product). You can try a demo version first at a highly discounted introductory price to make sure that it performs to your liking. Only then you should buy the fully licensed bot.
Can I withdraw my money from the trading pool?
Yes, if you wish to leave the trading pool, you can withdraw your equity (deposit – losses – drawdown of open trades) by giving a 30-day notice and paying the 20% pool closing fee. You are free to rejoin the trading pool in the future if you like.
I am a US citizen, is this legal?
The bots developed by us are designed for low capital and high leverage 100:1 or higher. It would not be legal for countries that require lower limits for eg. US 50:1 (CFTC), UK 30:1 (FCA), Canada 33:1 (CIRO) and Australia 30:1 (ASIC). Please be advised that we use various international high leverage brokers.
What software is required for the bots?
The bots are designed for Metatrader® 4 and 5 and are for advanced traders that have their own VPS, broker, leverage, choice of instrument and bot settings.
Do you give the bot settings?
Bot settings are provided for specific trading instruments that have been tested and proven using specific broker specifications. You can use this as guide for your own trading or copy it outright if your instrument and broker specifications are the same. Settings are free to download in the Members Section. What capital is required for the bots?
The bots are designed for a capital of USD 10K to 100K. For smaller capital, it would also work perfectly if the same size cent accounts are used. For example, USD 10K cents (capital of USD 100) or USD 100K cents (capital of USD 1K).
How to download bot?
- Firstly you must be a member by registering for free.
- Purchase a license for the Demo or Full Version on the Shop Page.
- Wait for the confirmation email which would indicate that the payment was received and the software is unlocked for your broker account number.
- Download the .ex4 or .ex5 from the Downloads Page.
- If you downloaded the .ex4 or .ex5 before receiving the confirmation email, you must download it again after receiving the confirmation email.
- If you change your broker account number, a new license must be purchased. The license is NOT transferable.
How to join the trading pool?
- Firstly you must be a member by registering for free.
- Add your USDT TRC-20 address in your Account Page.
- Double check your address as XpertAdvisorTrading.com® is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address.
- Deposit the desired capital on the Shop Page.
- Wait for the confirmation email which would indicate that the funds was received and what trading pool it is assigned to.
- Check the Members Page for real time tracking of trading pool performance.
- If you are assigned to a trading pool in the middle of a month, a prorated profit is paid out for the first month.
How to withdraw monthly profits?
- This is done automatically after the month ends to your USDT TRC-20 address.
- Double check your address as XpertAdvisorTrading.com® is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address.
- Check your Account Page for transaction history with details including block confirmation.
Can I increase or decrease my capital?
- In order to do this, you must withdraw from the trading pool and pay the relevant fees.
- Start over a new process to join the trading pool.
I am getting an error page?
If you are trying to visit a page in the Members area and you are not registered, “PAGE NOT FOUND” error is seen. Please register/ login in order to view pages in the Members area.
Is there an affiliate program?
There is no affiliate program presently, but in the future, we may launch one to reward members. Note that our profits are derived 100% from trading and not new memberships.
